Meeting Setups

With a group of up to 22 people, you can sit at the table for an inspiring meeting or brainstorming session. At your request, we arrange the tables in your desired setup. The tables can be configured in various arrangements: boardroom, block, U-shape, square, theater, or school.

Breakout sessions? You can split up indoors across the meeting room, the coffee corner, and the kitchen, and outdoors you can use the terrace by the water or under the (heated) veranda.

Facilities

The use of flip charts, notepads, pens, a height-adjustable and movable digital board, and Wi-Fi is our service to guests. The large windows are perfect for hanging and writing on flip chart paper.

For hybrid meetings, you can use our Meeting Owl.

With its 360-degree camera, it captures everyone in the room well. Its built-in supersonic speaker ensures there is no more static on the line. There is no reason to miss a meeting anymore.

Of course, we have also considered climate control (heating & cooling), sunshades, and insect screens.
