It all began in 1991 in a distinctive building on the Meent in Rotterdam, designed by architect Willem Marinus Dudok. His last name inspired the name of the brasserie. A name that, more than thirty years later, is still synonymous with the brand. Today, Dudok Horeca Groep has grown into a company with three areas of expertise that reinforce one another: hospitality, pastry, and events.

Dudok also brings unique venues to life outside Rotterdam. Dudok aan ’t IJ is the catering partner of the Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ.
