These terms and conditions, as well as our intellectual property rights, apply to all agreements and services offered by High Profile Locaties B.V. in Amsterdam.
Offering, requesting, or posting photos that infringe upon someone else's copyright or portrait rights is not permitted. Texts and/or photos from third parties may not be used without permission from the rights holder. It is not allowed to use protected names or logos of companies in advertisements. Only use the name of the company that manufactured or produced the object you are advertising if permitted by the respective company. Including a disclaimer regarding the authenticity or legality of the object you are offering is not permitted. Advertisers must ensure that their photos are authentic before offering them. If you have doubts about the authenticity of an object, do not offer it.
