Onder architectuur vormgegeven biobased gebouw van lokale materialen met circulaire gevebekleding. 

De houten constructie is gemaakt van douglas sparren. Deze bomen hebben wij gekocht van Staatsbosbeheer en stonden in het bas op 300 meter afstand van onze locatie. 

De wanden zijn geïsoleerd met Achterhoeks stro en Achterhoeks miscanthus, hiervoor hebben we samengewerkt met lokale agrarische ondernemers. De gevelbekleding bestaat uit 27.000 houten latjes. Deze latjes zijn een circulaire reststroom.
