When you rent this location, it includes the direct outdoor space for the barn and the charming orchard of about 500 m². I create the desired seating arrangements, tailored to your wishes and type of event. You can also step right from the estate onto the quiet country road for a moment of reflection or a walk after lunch.

Here you will find a tiny house, an outdoor kitchen, a circle with a fire pit, and various seating areas, a panorama sauna, and the Icetub ice bath – perfect for retreats or multi-day programs that require extra experiences.

🌿 The estate is managed in an eco-friendly way: over the past two years, around 500 native trees and shrubs have been planted, and a pond, hedges, and nature-friendly banks have been created. The area is gradually transforming into a nutrient-rich, biodiverse place full of life, tranquility, and natural beauty.
