It's a monumental building with three floors, equipped with all conveniences and an A+ energy label. Whether you need a flexible workspace or your own office space, or if you're planning a meeting with your team or an event with a large group, at our 'Aan de Gracht', you'll find:

- the monumental 'blue room' for events, drinks, and walking dinners for up to 50 people

More about the location
The charm of a centuries-old national monument with an equally ancient tradition in innovation and free thinking. This remarkable building owes its name to one of its famous residents; until 1770, it served as the splendid winter residence of the enlightened writer Belle van Zuylen.
Years later, this location became the setting for progressive writers and curious young people who wanted to participate in social life. And it was the first school where boys and girls were in the same class.
As Belle van Zuylen wrote: "I do not ask for freedom of thought, I have it."

General disabled parking spaces can be found at Pieterskerkhof 18, Domstraat 2, and Kromme Nieuwegracht 17. Parking at our parking lot (only possible via reservation €15 per half day): - Set your navigation to Pieterskerkhof 23, 3512JS Utrecht - Drive via Janskerkhof, as Domplein is only for permit holders - Drive to the underpass and ring the doorbell at the call panel - Indicate that you have a reservation; you will then be informed - which parking spot you can use (a number from 1 to 10) - Park neatly in the parking space, leaving enough space in the parking space next to yours
