As an academic institution, the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (ASRE) has two modern, functional lecture halls. They are fully set up for knowledge transfer and interaction in the room, but also with speakers or audiences remotely. All the necessary technology can be activated with the proverbial 'flip-of-a-switch' and is immediately fully set up. These halls are excellent for lectures, presentations, and talks for groups of up to 50 people.

Additionally, ASRE offers two workshop or meeting rooms. These rooms have a fresh, bright, and modern appearance, and one of the two has a view of the IJ harbor, where ships come and go, and on special occasions, sea and river cruise ships are docked. These spaces are perfect for smaller groups of 10 to 15 people and can easily be combined into one space for a group of up to 25 people.

The seminar room has the most beautiful location within the building and a very light, modern, and open character. This space is excellent for workshops, presentations, and interactive meetings for groups of up to 25 people. This room is equipped with a large screen with touchscreen, allowing remote participants to join effortlessly.

As a training institute for the real estate sector, ASRE places great importance on building a close bond between students. To this end, there is a sleek, spacious bar where fruits, soft drinks, tea, and coffee are served.
