This unique meeting location in the former "deel" (stable space) of a monumental farmhouse from 1634 is located on a 1.5-hectare estate in nature.

- A spacious location that offers plenty of room. In addition to the main setup of tables and chairs, you'll find multiple informal seating areas and a wood-burning fireplace. This creates a relaxed atmosphere. The layout allows for various breakout options for subgroups. Above the central space, there's a loft with space for up to 8 people at a meeting table. You are free to use the outdoor space with various fruit trees, an orchard, and a vegetable garden.

Tasteful enjoyment
Break moments are important times that receive all our attention and care.
In our meeting package, you'll find pure and local products, where possible from our own garden. The lunch is fresh, varied, and a feast for the eyes. Delicious salads, homemade soup, freshly and generously filled bread, and a dessert.
Expanding your meeting day with a nice drink and/or a private dinner is also possible.

Experience and do: Team activities
We believe in the power of gaining new experiences, experiencing together, and creating memories. The estate offers plenty of space and invites you to organize an inspiring (team) activity. You can stay on-site and enjoy our facilities, or take a trip in the surrounding area. We have put together a surprising offer and selected various partners for this. How about a workshop on making natural drinks, outdoor cooking over an open fire, wood carving workshop, sheep herding, DISC workshop, or an active boxing coaching. For the experiences, depending on your goals, we tailor a custom program.

Unique accommodation
Staying overnight before or after your meeting? You can do so in our sheepfold with authentic details. The sheepfold houses two separate suites. The suites are carefully and thoughtfully decorated. In each suite, you'll find a box spring bed on the ground floor and 2 single beds on the loft. A total of 8 overnight spots on-site. Expansion of overnight spots is possible through collaboration with locations within walking distance and in the nearby area.

Buitenplaats Zummer is centrally located and easily accessible. Amsterdam is 60 minutes away, Utrecht is 45 minutes away, and Den Bosch and Nijmegen are 30 minutes away.
