De Baan Alkmaar Meeting & Events

The Baan Alkmaar is a surprising and authentic event location at the historic racetrack. A place with character, warmth, and a lot of flexibility. Perfect for companies looking for an event that is just a little different.

With two spacious floors inside (up to 800 guests) and a large outdoor area (up to 1,000 guests), there is space for almost any kind of event: from corporate drinks, anniversaries, training sessions, and networking meetings to themed dinners, team building, outdoor events, or a beautiful farewell. Thanks to the view of the racetrack, every event gets a unique atmosphere.

We love to actively contribute and customize each event completely. Nothing is too crazy, from creative themed parties to stylish dinners. Our regular catering partners also ensure a tasteful culinary experience.

Located at Sportpark De Hout, in the middle of the Alkmaarder Hout, The Baan Alkmaar is easily accessible via the N9 ring road and has ample free parking.

A warm, welcoming location with a unique story. Ideal for companies searching for something special.
