You can brainstorm in the greenery, gather around the campfire. Hold meetings with a surprising lunch. Develop concepts, give a workshop, or share meals at long tables in nature. You can also organize a masterclass or a leadership training. And you can come here for a team day in the polder. We call that a day in the meadow.
De Vijverschie is run by Jamie van Lede and Mira Matic. Jamie is an architect and has been a pioneer in sustainable and ecological building for over 20 years. Mira is a spatial designer and curator with years of experience in the museum world of the arts. Inspired by the harmonious interaction between art, architecture, and nature, she founded Enter LUMI, a company that creates space, offers space, and brings space to life.
At De Vijverschie, they transformed the old barns into the ecological heart of their activities. In addition to their design studio and architectural firm, an impressive collection of art, and a library full of books on sustainability, ecology, art, and nature, you will find space here. Space for groups of 10 to 25 people. Space for new ideas and space to relax. A space where beauty, hospitality, the power and splendor of nature, and delicious food come together harmoniously to inspire our guests.
With like-minded souls, Jamie and Mira also organize their own events here. From lectures to movie nights, from yoga sessions to a summer school on ecology, and from open-air concerts to themed dinners. Jamie and Mira invite you to collaborate and welcome your creative ideas!

Regelmatig train ik op deze locatie met mensen die in het dagelijks leven in een hectische omgeving hun werk moeten doen. Bij Vijverschie hebben ze echt even de ruimte door de tuin en de focus op de groep. Geen anderen, dus echt met elkaar. Dat zorgt voor versterking van het groepsproces. En dan nog de perfecte catering, de vriendelijke eigenaren, het water in de buurt.... Het is echt een aanrader!
Een unieke plek die uitnodigt tot contact met je binnenwereld. En die tevens ondersteunt in de openheid van samenzijn. Samen rond het vuur, buiten lunchen, één met de omgeving. Deze plek inspireert en beroert. Het perfecte decor voor transformatiewerk. De Vijverschie is in al haar authenticiteit en geschiedenis, een plek als geen andere. Een plek die Jamie en Mira voelbaar willen delen met gelijkgestemden.
De Vijverschie is een plek waar we graag terugkomen. Vindt in de Randstad maar eens een bijzondere locatie met ruimte dat in positieve zin afwijkt van de geijkte trainingslocaties. De boerderij is esthetisch en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de tuin kun je even op adem komen en geeft de natuurlijke rust je de welkome inspiratie. De gastvrijheid van gastheer en -vrouw Jamie en Mira maakt de beleving compleet!
Ben er verschillende keren geweest, voor etentje, training en evenement, en deze locatie werkt voor al deze dingen. Prachtige buitenruimte waarvan je je niet kan voorstellen dat het eigenlijk in de Randstad is. De tuin en de ruimte zijn smaakvol opgezet met oog voor detail. Hele rustige, prettige en inspirerende plek. Jamie en Mira zijn twee hele mooie gastvrije mensen. Aanrader.
