Our event and meeting spaces are located on the ground floor in building 100 of our campus on Europalaan. Step inside and experience the dynamism of Dotslash: a place where innovation and hospitality go hand in hand.

We offer:

2 spacious event spaces, perfect for presentations, workshops, training sessions, and networking events. These rooms are bright (unless you close the curtains), flexible in layout, and equipped with large screens (HDMI). 

1 Backspace. Our bright (lockable) space behind the restaurant with a folding façade and a view of the green courtyard with a stretch tent. Ideal for training sessions, workshops, knowledge sessions, private dining, and drinks.

3 meeting rooms, designed for brainstorming, training, or team meetings. Standard equipped with a TV (HDMI) and whiteboard or flip chart. Also ideal as break-out rooms. 

3 boardrooms, perfect for executive or strategic sessions in a stylish setting.

Phone booths and Privacy room
3 single-person and 1 double phone booths and a privacy room (for example, for breastfeeding or prayer), so your guests lack for nothing.

Restaurant
For the inner person, our restaurant (managed in-house) is an important asset. Here we gladly serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

Customized packages
From a short meeting to a multi-day event: at Dotslash we would be happy to put together a suitable package. Think of unlimited coffee, tea, and water, fresh lunch, fruit, snacks, soft drinks, snack platters, or an extensive dinner. You tell us what you’re looking for, we’ll arrange it.

Top location in Utrecht with excellent accessibility
Dotslash is right by the A12 and has a tram and bus stop at the door. Parking? No problem. Visitors park right next door.
