Welcome to FlexLabs The Bridge, a unique and centrally located event venue in Rotterdam. Situated in the former GGD building, overlooking the Erasmus Bridge and right next to metro station Leuvehaven, this location forms the ideal setting for large gatherings. The venue accommodates business meetings for up to 100 people and features a large event space of 425 m², several break-out rooms, and a catering square. Suitable for meetings, presentations, training sessions, and corporate events with a dynamic program.

The modern space is fully equipped for business events and includes a private catering square and air conditioning for optimal comfort. For catering, FlexLabs collaborates with New Wave, a sustainable partner that prepares creative dishes using food waste from the hospitality sector. This way, conscious and responsible eating becomes a natural part of your gathering.

FlexLabs also offers additional options for sustainable meetings. In collaboration with Greenbookings, you can easily offset the CO₂ emissions of your event. With every reservation, you have the option to have a tree planted (starting from €6), with FlexLabs doubling your contribution with up to one extra tree per booking. This way, you directly contribute to a more sustainable and visible result.
