Welcome to FlexLabs The Bridge, a unique and centrally located event venue in Rotterdam. Situated in the former GGD building, overlooking the Erasmus Bridge and right next to metro station Leuvehaven, this location is the ideal setting for large gatherings. The venue can accommodate business meetings of up to 100 people and features a large event space of 425 m², several break-out rooms, and a catering area. Suitable for meetings, presentations, training sessions, and corporate events with a dynamic program.

The modern space is fully equipped for business events and has a private catering area and air conditioning for optimal comfort. For catering, FlexLabs collaborates with New Wave, a sustainable partner that prepares creative dishes using surplus food from the hospitality industry. This way, conscious and responsible eating becomes a natural part of your gathering.

FlexLabs also offers extra possibilities in terms of sustainable meetings. In collaboration with Greenbookings, you can easily offset the CO₂ emissions of your event. With every reservation, you have the option to have a tree planted (starting from €6), and FlexLabs doubles your contribution with a maximum of one extra tree per booking. This way, you directly contribute to a more sustainable and visible result.
