Flight Golf Meetings & Events Amsterdam – meeting, teambuilding and events with indoor golf

Here you can organize a business meeting and a joint activity under one roof. This way, you combine focus, relaxation, and interaction without the need for moving around.

Flight Golf Meetings & Events is a meeting and event venue in the Amstelkwartier in Amsterdam. The indoor golf location has 12 golf bays, three professional meeting rooms, and space for exclusive events up to 350 people. You can host meetings for as few as 4 people, team days, teambuilding, presentations, networking events, company parties, and product launches.

Why choose Flight Golf Meetings & Events?

At Flight Golf, a business day doesn't have to stay just about meetings. You can start with a presentation, then work in smaller groups, and finish with indoor golf, drinks, or dinner.

This makes the venue especially suitable for programs where content and connection alternate. You don't need to go to a second location. The meeting rooms easily transform into golf simulators after the business program.

Flight Golf is used for meetings, retreats, team outings, client meetings, product presentations, and company parties. Exclusive rental is also possible for larger business events.

Rooms, golf bays, and capacity

The venue offers various options for small teams and larger groups:

• 12 indoor golf bays
• 3 fully equipped meeting rooms
• meetings possible from 4 people
• maximum 50 people per meeting room
• all 12 bays can be used as break-out rooms
• exclusive rental possible for up to 350 people
• 7-meter wide presentation screen in the meeting rooms

Each bay has its own screen and sound system. Food and drinks can also be provided around the various program elements.

From meeting to golf, drinks, and dinner

You start the morning with coffee and a presentation. On the seven-meter-wide screen, numbers, campaign images, or a product demo literally get more space.

Then you divide the group into different bays. Teams continue in subgroups, attend workshops, or switch spaces during a rotating program.

Once the content program is completed, the setting changes. Laptops close and golf clubs come out. Your team can choose from over 400 golf courses in the simulators. No golf experience or handicap is required.

Afterwards, you gather for drinks, cocktails, or dinner. This way, your program naturally flows from meeting to teambuilding and informal togetherness.

Teambuilding with indoor golf in Amsterdam

Indoor golf gives a team day at Flight Golf a clear joint component. Both experienced golfers and colleagues who have never held a club can participate.

You can choose to play freely, have a golf competition, or attend a clinic. The simulators offer more than 400 well-known golf courses. This way, you easily add a competitive or relaxed element to a meeting, retreat, or staff day.

Since the activity takes place at the same location, you won’t lose time on transportation between the meeting and the team program.

Exclusive event venue for up to 350 people

Are you organizing a larger company party, relationship event, or product launch? Then you can rent Flight Golf exclusively for a maximum of 350 people.

You will have access to all 12 bays, the bar, and the restaurant. Together with the event team, you can create the program.

Think of a reception with cocktails, followed by a presentation, golf competition, and concluding dinner or party. This way, content and informal elements can flow together within the same location.

Catering, technology, and accessibility

Food and drinks are also provided within Flight Golf. The culinary team offers lunches, dinners, drinks, and cocktails that can be tailored to the program and group. Dietary wishes can be taken into account.

For business meetings, various practical facilities are available:

• professional presentation and screen technology
• screens and sound in the golf bays
• catering from lunch to dinner and drinks
• programs with meeting, golf, and hospitality
• parking directly next to the venue

Flight Golf is located on Willem Fenengastraat in the Amstelkwartier in Amsterdam. The venue is accessible by car, public transport, and bicycle. Parking is available directly next to the venue.

One location for the complete business program

The strength of Flight Golf lies in the combination of three professional meeting rooms, twelve golf bays, and space for events up to 350 people. This means you don't have to keep changing locations for a meeting, break-out, teambuilding, and drinks.

The seven-meter-wide presentation screen and the option to use all twelve bays as break-out rooms also give you the flexibility to create different business programs.
