From serious session to relaxed conclusion
You start the day in the boardroom, where everything is ready. After the first working session, you step outside for coffee in the garden. The peace and greenery make it easy to unwind.

Then you divide the team into different spots. One subgroup works inside, while others use the orchard. A training session, yoga session, or other team-building activity can also move outside.

After the substantive program, you don't have to go home right away. Conclude together with drinks, dinner, or a campfire conversation. For multi-day programs, participants can stay overnight at the estate. This way, the day naturally continues without extra travel time.
