Stel u zich eens voor, het mooiste huis aan het Haarlemse Spaarne dat voor even van u is. Ja, het kan! Het schitterende Huis Hodshon is gebouwd door de Amsterdamse architect Abraham van der Hart (die ook Huis Barnaart op zijn naam heeft staan), back in the days in 1794.
De opdrachtgever? Cornelia Catharina Hodshon, die een duidelijke wens had: wonen in een spectaculair huis aan het Spaarne. En dat is te zien, want kosten noch moeite zijn gespaard om die wens in vervulling te laten gaan. Van subliem houtsnijwerk tot fraai stuc- en schilderwerk: bijna alles is bewaard gebleven.
Eenmaal binnen vergeet u dat u zich eigenlijk in hartje Haarlem begeeft. U ervaart rust, de interieurstijlen zijn om te smullen en het uitzicht op het Spaarne is fantastisch. De akoestiek is uitstekend in de Aula, deze werd vroeger als muziekkamer gebruikt. De bibliotheek, bestuurskamer en de aula zijn af te huren voor uw event. Er is tevens een lift aanwezig.

House Hodshon does not have its own parking spaces. There is a paid public parking garage across the street from the house. This is just a 5-minute walk. Paid parking is also available on the street.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. Haarlem train station is a 15-minute walk away. There is a bus stop within a 5-minute walk.
There are several beautiful hotels within walking distance of Hodshon House.
We work with regular caterers, it is not possible to choose your own caterer.
