Hofstede Sterreschans is a B Corp meeting location in the middle of nature. As soon as you drive up the path, you start to slow down. Away from your workplace, the seasons stimulate your senses. After a meeting, you can let everything sink in during a walk in the park. Nature gives space to your ideas.

Location
Our location is in the green surroundings of Nieuwersluis, right between Amsterdam and Utrecht. So whether by car or public transport, you can get there easily!

Our inspiring spaces
The location consists of two beautiful renovated monumental buildings from 1815. The Horse Stable and the Emergency Barn. Together, these spaces share our beautiful outdoor area, the Hooimijt. 

Horse Stable and Coach House – These spaces are perfect for workshops with large teams, training sessions, presentations, and small product launches. The Horse Stable includes the Coach House, which has its own pantry. Together, the spaces are suitable for workshops and meetings of up to 30 people. Presentations can accommodate up to 40 people. 

Emergency Barn – If you're with a smaller group or need a break-out session, we recommend the Emergency Barn. The Emergency Barn is a pleasant open space for workshops, meetings, and design sprints, and it also has its own pantry. It is suitable for workshops and meetings of up to 12 people.

Modern technical facilities
We want you to focus completely on your meeting. That's why we provide all the technical facilities: fast wifi, Sonos speakers, a 65” TV, whiteboards, and plenty of paper, post-its, and markers.

Food in all colors of the rainbow
Coffee, tea, soft drinks, snacks, fruit, lunch, and an after-drink: it’s all there. And almost all of it comes fresh from the area. Do you have special requests or allergy restrictions? Let us know, and we will make sure everything is taken care of.

Drinks and private dinner
For a cozy end to the day, we have plenty of suggestions. Our in-house caterer Marché ’t Amsterdammertje offers delicious snack boards. A private dinner at the farm is even possible. And Sjatoo Wine Merchants from Breukelen will provide a suitable wine. And if it gets late, no problem.

Overnight stay within walking distance of the farm
Do you want to wake up by the Vecht? We love working with Bistrotel ’t Amsterdammertje. The name says it all: bistro and hotel in one. With a lovely terrace by the Vecht. And if you really want a special gastronomic experience? Then the Michelin-star restaurant ’t Amsterdammertje led by André Gerrits in the center of Loenen aan de Vecht is for you.

Plenty to do in the area
If you don’t want to go home right away: the area around the Vecht is beautiful.

Boating on the Vecht
Just getting on the water – that’s ultimate relaxation. Enjoy a drink or dinner, some music, and good conversations while you peacefully take in the beautiful surroundings. 

Golf clinic
Want to play (learn) golf? There are some beautiful courses nearby. So we will gladly organize a clinic for you. 

Prefer something else?
There’s so much more to do in the area. Padel courts are currently being built in Loenen. Covered courts can be found nearby in Maarssen. Who knows, that might be a fun game for your team? So let us know what you're looking for, and we’ll put together a great program for you.
