Renting
Want to rent GAIA? That is certainly possible! Our location is ideal for occasions such as Christmas dinners, company parties, and workshops. To process your request, we ask you to share a short description of your wishes and the desired date via the contact form at the bottom of this page. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options.

Meeting Rooms
The meeting rooms of Hotel de Plataan are located in the same building as GAIA. This way, you can combine a business event with a delightful breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Hotel de Plataan offers 3 spacious meeting rooms, very suitable for a business gathering such as a meeting, brainstorming session, workshop, or team meeting. The rooms are atmospheric and can be flexibly arranged. The meeting rooms have a maximum capacity of 36 people, depending on the setup. The smaller rooms are suitable for a maximum of 16 and 14 people.

LUNCH

• 1-course lunch 17.50 p.p.:  sandwich or salad of choice
• 2-course lunch 26.50 p.p.:  soup or sharing boards –  sandwich or salad of choice
• 3-course lunch 31.50 p.p.: soup or sharing boards – sandwich or salad of choice – dessert or cake

With all lunches, we serve unlimited bottles of chilled tap water and a cup of coffee or tea. The sandwiches or salads can be chosen from the entire lunch menu, which you can find here. Of course, we can accommodate allergies and dietary wishes. If desired, it is also possible to order in advance, and we will ensure that the lunch is ready at the time that suits you best.

DINNER

• 3-course dinner 49 p.p.: appetizer – main course – dessert
• 4-course dinner 59 p.p.: appetizer – intermediate course – main course – dessert
• 5-course dinner 69 p.p.:
• appetizer – intermediate course – intermediate course – main course – dessert

With each dinner, we serve bread with homemade butter, fries, and vegetables with the main course, along with unlimited chilled tap water. The content of the dishes is determined based on the menu of that moment and your wishes. Of course, we can accommodate allergies and dietary wishes.
