You can inform us of the final number of people up to 4 days before the event, provided it does not deviate by more than 10% from the originally booked number of people. A change of more than 10% can be communicated until 1 week before arrival at the latest. In case of a last-minute change, we will have to charge the agreed number of arrangements.
