Welcome at Inn The Woods, we offer meetinglocation 'The Lodge' which is a detached building on our private estate centrally located in The Netherlands. The Lodge is surrounded by nature and the adjacent forest and can be booked for exclusive meetings, workshops, coaching, trainingsessions, off-sites and gatherings for up to 14 people. Provided with airconditioning, private parking and terras with firepit. Our location in the middle of nature offers for a walk in the adjacent forest and heatherfield and is also suitable for different teambuilding activities.

Inn The Woods has its own parking lot. There are a maximum of 14 parking spaces at The Lodge.
The nearest train stations are Veenendaal-West and Veenendaal-Centre. Bus line 505 takes you to the Overberg Driesprong bus stop, from there it is a 600-meter walk to us (follow the signs of 'Inn The Woods')
At 600m from Inn The Woods you will find the Boshotel Overberg for an overnight stay. The hotel has parking and you can walk to Inn The Woods in 10 minutes (by car is also possible).
No, Inn The Woods does not work with catering as we offer a freshly prepared lunch. We like to stand out with our varied, homemade and original lunch. Our completely homemade and freshly prepared lunch consists of a combination of fresh seasonal soup(s), various types of freshly baked bread with luxury toppings, wraps, green salad, fruit salad and fresh juice(s). We always offer vegetarian choices and take any allergies into account where possible.
Inn The Woods is available for meetings until 6 p.m. at the latest and our location in the middle of nature is not suitable for parties and such.
Cancellation policy at Inn The Woods: - It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the meeting - If canceled within 7 days before the meeting, we will charge the room rent of The Lodge; - If canceled within 24 hours before the start of the meeting, we will charge the full quoted costs.
