The Doonder Room is flexibly usable for larger events and informal gatherings, like a cozy team drink.[Ga3]  The Limpsen Room is offered for meetings, training sessions, and presentations. Bistro Doonder is intended for more informal gatherings, dinners, and smaller events. 

From strategy session to dinner and overnight stay
You start the day, for example, with a joint session in the Limpsen Room. The historic building immediately provides a different environment than the usual office space.

Later in the day, you can alternate the program with smaller discussions. There are also opportunities outside to take a break from the meeting table. This naturally creates a distinction between working, discussing, and informal contact.

After the last session, your program doesn’t have to stop. You can have lunch or dinner together at the castle. Bistro Doonder works with seasonal dishes. 

Is the team staying overnight? Then there are 21 rooms available. The next morning, you can continue at the same location. This makes Castle Doenrade suitable for a two-day meeting or multi-day program. 

Practically arranged for business gatherings
Castle Doenrade is located at Limpensweg 20 in Doenrade. The location mentions accessibility from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany as a practical advantage. The meeting rooms have natural light, free wifi, and modern facilities. 

You can choose from meeting packages of four, eight, and twelve hours. This can include coffee, tea, water, breaks, lunch, and dinner. The packages also include meeting facilities such as a projector, screen, and writing materials. 

Parking is available on-site. Be sure to ask for the current parking conditions and costs when requesting a business quote. This prevents surprises for participants arriving by car.

Castle Doenrade combines its historical character with recently renewed facilities. In 2026, among other things, the 21 hotel rooms, Bistro Doonder, the bar, event space, entrance, and terrace were renovated. In this renovation, the character of the castle remained the starting point.
