·       Limpsenzaal: maximum 60 people 

·       Bistro Doonder: maximum 55 people

The Doonderzaal is flexibly usable for larger events and informal gatherings, such as a fun team drink.[Ga3]   The Limpsenzaal is offered for meetings, training sessions, and presentations. Bistro Doonder is intended for more informal gatherings, dinners, and smaller events. 

From strategy session to dinner and overnight stay
You start the day, for example, with a joint session in the Limpsenzaal. The historic building immediately provides a different environment than the usual office space.

Later in the day, you can alternate the program with smaller discussions. There are also opportunities outside to take a break from the meeting table. This way, a natural distinction arises between working, consulting, and informal contact.

After the last session, your program doesn't have to stop. You can have lunch or dinner together at the castle. Bistro Doonder works with seasonal dishes. 

Is the team staying overnight? Then there are 21 rooms available. The next morning, you can continue at the same location. This makes Kasteel Doenrade also suitable for a two-day meeting or multi-day program. 

Practical arrangements for business meetings
Kasteel Doenrade is located at Limpensweg 20 in Doenrade. The location highlights accessibility from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany as a practical advantage. The meeting rooms have natural light, free wifi, and modern amenities. 

You can choose from meeting packages of four, eight, and twelve hours. These can combine coffee, tea, water, break times, lunch, and dinner. The packages also include meeting facilities such as a projector, screen, and writing materials. 

Parking is available on site. Be sure to ask about the current parking conditions and costs with a business quote. This helps avoid surprises for participants arriving by car.

Kasteel Doenrade combines its historical character with recently updated facilities. In 2026, among other things, the 21 hotel rooms, Bistro Doonder, the bar, event space, entrance, and terrace were renovated. During this renovation, the character of the castle remained the focal point. 

Kasteel Doenrade is part of ECLECT. ECLECT supports the location in areas such as reservations and operational processes. Thus, behind the historic castle stands a current hotel and event organization.
