Martiniplaza in Groningen is the largest event and conference venue in Northern Netherlands. With a combination of conference rooms, exhibition spaces, meeting facilities, hospitality services, and its own theater, Martiniplaza offers everything under one roof for business events of any scale. Martiniplaza has several multifunctional rooms that can be flexibly arranged for groups of 50 to more than 10,000 participants.

Also space for large productions and trade shows
For larger productions, Martiniplaza offers various event halls. The Middenhal has 3,100 m² of floor space and accommodates 4,250 seats. The hall features sound facilities, rigging options, and two adjustable LED screens of 36 m².

The Borgmanhal provides 2,865 m² of floor space and accommodates up to 3,000 guests. This hall has its own trade show entrance, organizational offices, catering point, and first aid area. The hall is also accessible for trucks. This makes loading, unloading, and producing practical for larger events.

Technology, catering, and accessibility arranged
At Martiniplaza, you work with an experienced event team. Technology and catering can be provided from the venue. For conferences, various rooms are equipped with projectors, projection screens, LED screens, and other AV facilities.

Catering at Martiniplaza
Food and drink also remain in-house. Martiniplaza has in-house catering and Brasserie Loeks. The catering ranges from snacks and lunch buffets to extensive dinners.
