Prefer to set up your own concept? That is also possible in the tasting kitchen! This demonstration kitchen is perfect for product launches or relationship events, for example.

Circular location with a rich history
The Mauritskazerne was built between 1904 and 1906 in neo-Renaissance style. The stately entrance, high ceilings, and large arched windows give this location a unique appearance. The industrial look is enhanced by the interior, which primarily uses recycled materials. The monumental barracks have recently been fully made sustainable, allowing you to benefit from the comforts of today. The location has not only an inspiring past but also a story for the future. What you eat and drink comes from farmers, bakers, and other food producers in the FoodValley region. Tasty, honest, sustainable, circular, and future-proof.

Station location with parking
The Mauritskazerne is located in Ede, centrally in the Netherlands. Just a 5-minute walk from the intercity station Ede-Wageningen, but the barracks are also easily accessible by car. You can reach it from the A12 motorway in just 10 minutes. Parking is available in a large parking lot near the barracks.
