Oase has a parking lot with 15 free parking spaces. Additionally, just a 1-minute walk away behind the dike, there is a parking area with 40 free spaces. It is also possible to reserve parking spots for the bridal couple or guests with limited mobility.

Oase, located on Dorpsweg in Schellinkhout, is easily accessible by car. Within 10 minutes of driving, you can reach the highway towards Hoorn.

Is the venue accessible by public transportation?

Hoorn Station is a 15-minute bike ride from Oase in Schellinkhout. There is also a bus stop near our location. Expecting many guests to arrive by public transport? Please note that there are no buses after 5:00 PM and none on Sundays. We are happy to help you explore alternative transportation options for your wedding guests to and from Hoorn Station.

Can you spend the night at or near the venue?

No, overnight stays are not available at Oase. However, we are happy to assist you in finding alternative options nearby in Schellinkhout or Hoorn.

About the venue

Hidden behind the dike at the Markermeer, in the picturesque Schellinkhout, you will find our OASIS. Our garden is surrounded by greenery and bamboo, and you will feel completely away from it all.

A perfect location for your company outing or staff party, business lunch, dinner, or drinks. Play games in the garden or try your hand at Expedition Robinson on the beach.

Together with you, we would love to create the ultimate day. Choose our designated event garden with a stretch tent and private bar, warm up by the heaters under the veranda, or inside the cozy restaurant with top-level dishes—anything is possible. Renting the entire location is, of course, also an option.
