• As a rule, Club Oliva provides all beverages and catering through its regular partners. Bringing your own drinks is not allowed. For food, exceptions may be possible in consultation — for example, for cultural or themed events. This is always subject to discussion and specific conditions, such as: Alignment with our existing bar and kitchen policies Use of certified caterers or food trucks Coordination on logistics, setup, and cleanup We’re happy to think along and find a solution that fits both the concept and the practical execution.

• Club Oliva is located in the heart of Amsterdam and is easily accessible by public transport. Parking directly near the venue is limited and paid. We recommend visitors use one of the nearby parking garages, such as: The Bank Parking Garage (located under Rembrandtplein, entrance via Amstelstraat 595) – approximately 50 meters walking distance. Ideal for direct access. Waterlooplein Parking Garage (Valkenburgstraat 238) – about a 1 km walk, generally a bit more affordable. Stadhuis/Muziektheater Garage (Waterlooplein 28) – centrally located, approximately 750 m from the venue. For suppliers or B2B partners, temporary loading and unloading access at the front door can be arranged upon request.

• Club Oliva is easily accessible by public transport. The venue is located at Rembrandtplein, right in the center of Amsterdam, within walking distance of several public transport stops: Tram: Tram lines 4, 14, and 24 stop at Rembrandtplein – just a 1-minute walk from the club. Tram lines 2, 11, and 12 (stopping at Koningsplein or Muntplein) are about a 5-minute walk away. Metro: Waterlooplein Station (lines 51, 53, 54) is approximately a 7-minute walk. Rokin Station (line 52, North/South line) is about a 5-minute walk. Bus: Several night buses stop near Rembrandtplein or Muntplein (5-minute walk). From Amsterdam Central Station: Take tram 4, 14, or 24 (about 8 minutes travel time). Or take metro 52 to Rokin, then walk 5 minutes to the venue.

• Club Oliva does not offer on-site accommodation, but thanks to its central location on Rembrandtplein, there are plenty of hotels within walking distance – across a wide range of price categories. Some suggestions in the immediate area: Eden Hotel Amsterdam – right next to the club, modern and comfortable Hotel NH Amsterdam Caransa – located on the square, with views over Rembrandtplein Hotel The Albus – stylish boutique hotel, just a 2-minute walk House of Amstel – small-scale studios with kitchen facilities Luxury Suites Amsterdam – ideal for those seeking a more exclusive stay For groups or business bookings, we’re happy to assist with overnight arrangements in combination with an event.

• Oliva works with three regular catering partners. If these do not match your preferences, we’re happy to discuss alternatives or explore a suitable option together.

• Club Oliva is licensed to operate until 4:00 AM on weekdays and 5:00 AM on weekends. The final end time depends on our regular club programming. We’re happy to discuss availability for your preferred date — during club nights, certain times or spaces may not be available for private events.

• Oliva cancellation policy: Cancellations up to 4 months before the event can be made free of charge. For cancellations up to 3 months before the event, we will charge 30% of the total amount of this offer. For cancellations up to 2 months before the event, we will charge 50% of the total amount of this offer. For cancellations up to 1 month before the event, we are obliged to charge the full amount of this offer.

• Club Oliva is located at Rembrandtplein, right in the center of Amsterdam. Oliva is easily accessible, but keep the following in mind: Accessibility by car: From the A10 ring road, take exit S112 (Centrum) and follow the signs to Rembrandtplein or Amstel. There are environmental zones and traffic restrictions in the city center, so it’s recommended to use a navigation app with live traffic updates.
