At our 'Vredenburg' you can make use of the following: 

-           12 meeting rooms (for 2 to 50 people)

-           60 workspaces, both flexible and fixed

-           Event space for gatherings and drinks for up to 120 people

A location with character and history
Vredenburg is the ideal working environment for companies, organizations, and teams looking for a well-accessible and inspiring place. The location is in the old Staffhorst building, also known as the Vinkepand. Since 2001, this building has been a national monument of the municipality of Utrecht, but it was originally built in 1957 as a residential complex. The Vinkepand had green tiles on the outside for many years until it was sold for just one guilder to Muziek Staffhorst, on the condition that it would be restored. Since then, the building has gained its distinctive white appearance!

From our building, you have a beautiful view of the Catharijnesingel, Vredenburg, and TivoliVredenburg. You see the city buzzing, but sit at a quiet height where you can work undisturbed. In other words, a fantastic combination, where you can occasionally take a moment of rest, and then continue with full focus and concentration.

Custom catering for your meeting
A successful meeting or inspiring gathering is, of course, not complete without good food. That’s why we work together with restaurant De Utrechter to complete your gathering. From delicious drinks to a nutritious vegetarian lunch or a cozy drink afterwards, everything is arranged. This way, you can fully focus on your meeting, training, or event. Sustainably and socially designed
In addition to the inspiring story and appearance of the building, we have designed the interior playfully. Our materials and furniture in the building are sustainable, social, and fair. This way, we create an inspiring and stimulating work environment where you can work, meet, and grow without worries. For example, we have a fully blue upholstered room with bright yellow chairs: the wall coverings are made from recycled old cabin crew uniforms from KLM. The interior walls of the building have been painted by 'Dove Kwasten', a painting company that provides a workplace for hard of hearing and deaf people.

Vredenburg is the ideal location for both meetings with your team and organizing events for large groups. We have versatile spaces where you can easily make use of various break-out rooms. These break-out rooms offer the possibility to split large groups for smaller, more focused interactions.

All our spaces are also equipped with modern facilities, such as flip charts and screens. Whatever type of meeting it is, we can quickly set up the spaces in a setting that perfectly matches your event.

We also offer flexible workspaces for those looking for a productive and inspiring environment to do their work. But if you want to have a fixed workspace or your own office space, that option is also available!

Additionally, there are various phone booths throughout our building, where you can hold your meetings perfectly. Our workspaces are ergonomically designed and made from circular materials, so they are nice and inspiring! And if you want to escape the daily work pressure for a moment? You only need to walk downstairs and you'll find yourself in restaurant De Utrechter. Where you can enjoy a cup of coffee during your workday, but also hang out after your event for a drink.
