Spaces has recently opened at Hofplein in Rotterdam. A unique place near the city center in the well-known, former Shell tower. Spaces offers workspaces in our business club, over 5000m2 of office space, and has 10 meeting rooms.

Making going to work more enjoyable, this idea opened the very first Spaces exactly ten years ago in Amsterdam. Spaces is located at Hofplein in Rotterdam.
The impressive concrete tower has been completely stripped and redesigned in the style of Spaces. The interior was designed by the renowned architect Sevil Peach.
The floors with low ceilings have been converted into open spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to come in. In the middle of the building, a mezzanine of four floors high was built. From the building, you have a magnificent view over Rotterdam, the Maas, and even Delft.
Spaces has 7000 square meters available in the new building, of which 5000 are office space and a business club of 1800 square meters.
In addition, there are 8 beautiful meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 6 to 200 people. Our meeting rooms are equipped with modern equipment, and with the Click-share system, every presentation can be wirelessly displayed on a large LCD screen.

Next to the Spaces building is a parking garage with 100 parking spaces.
