About the venue
studio ZUKS is much more than a studio. Here, things are made. Photographed. Learned. Shared. Rehearsed. Downward dogged. studio ZUKS is a space where truly (almost) anything is possible.
Ideally located in a small industrial area in Zaandam along the Zaan, studio ZUKS is very conveniently situated. 2 minutes from the A8 Zaandam Centrum exit, a 2-minute walk from NS station Zaandam-Kogerveld, a bus stop right outside, and free parking.
Once a warehouse for a construction company, now it’s essentially a very large living room! Colorfully and homely furnished. studio ZUKS consists of two parts: the large warehouse/living room and the small office.
In the office, the Jura coffee machine is ready with delicious coffee beans and a lovely assortment of tea. Here you can retreat for a moment, or for example, create a good makeup & dressing area during a photoshoot.
The warehouse can be used in many ways. Beautiful light linen curtains hang that allow you to divide the space in two. There are also curtains for the characteristic large windows. Together with the plants in the space, they create a homely and warm feeling. Industrial and warm at the same time!
