tHuis aan de Amstel does not have its own parking facility. Parking is available in the nearby streets: Belavistastreet or Amstelvlietstreet. It is a one-minute walk from both streets to our premises. Paid parking is enforced from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00 in both streets. Parkbee is also an option for parking, available at the Gamma near Spaklerweg or at the Ruby Emma Hotel.

From both the A10 (take exit S111, follow signs for McDonald's) or from the city center (alongside Amstelstation), take Spaklerweg. When you reach Spaklerweg Metro Station, turn into the side street (Welnastraat). After approximately 200 meters, just before Waternet, turn left (Markonstraat), then turn right; this is Amstelvlietstraat. (Also look out for the yellow signs indicating Welnastraat and Korte Ouderkerkerdijk on Spaklerweg, which you can follow.) Please note that Korte Ouderkerkerdijk is a cycle path and not directly accessible from Spaklerweg. Do not enter our 'tHuis address' into Google Maps when coming; instead, enter 'Amstelvlietstraat'. Otherwise, you will be redirected via another route. Amstelvlietstraat is only accessible via Welnastraat. At the end of Amstelvlietstraat, you can park (paid parking Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 21:00; €4.50 per hour). We do not have parking spaces on our premises, but there are ample parking spots available. Parking code for Bella Vistastraat (limited parking): 15840 Parking code for Amstelvlietstraat: 15831 Our building is also accessible and accommodating for people with disabilities; you may drive up to the front door. After disembarking, please return the car to Amstelvlietstraat. We are happy to assist in navigating the gravel paths in our garden and the few steps to the terrace and indoors (e.g., with ramps). We have a small WC on the ground floor.

Our location can be reached in multiple ways using public transportation. Spaklerweg Metro Station (7 minutes walk). Amsterdam Amstel Train and Metro Station (13 minutes walk).

You cannot stay overnight at our location. The nearest hotels are Ruby Hotel, Hotel Janssen, Hotel V and Postillion.

It is not possible to bring your own caterer to our location. However, bringing your own cake (wedding cake or birthday cake) is allowed. For this, we charge a small fee per slice as a handling fee. The party is responsible for providing the cake, cutting, and serving it themselves.

We are open from 08:30 to 23:00 from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 23:00 on Saturdays, and from 09:00 to 18:00 on Sundays. Parties can last until closing time at 23:00, and prior to the reservation, we can discuss the possibility of extending this. We are located in a residential area with neighbors behind us, so we kindly ask your party to exit the premises quietly.

We operate under the cancellation conditions in accordance with the UNIFORM CONDITIONS FOR THE HOTEL AND CATERING INDUSTRY. Depending on the event and the timing of its cancellation, cancellation fees will apply. We always include the PDF file with the terms and conditions when sending the quotation.
