The space and flexible layout of Villa Oudendijck, combined with many facilities, guarantee that every meeting will be a success.

For multi-day meetings, Villa Oudendijck has ten bedrooms, nine of which have their own bathroom with toilet. All ten bedrooms are equipped with comfortable large box spring beds.

Of course, all modern meeting facilities are available. But above all, the owners want to touch their guests' hearts. With cozy fire pits. With the snug veranda, with comfortable seating areas that invite good conversations with the nature garden full of peace and inspiration. 

The stylish living wing offers the right atmosphere and possibilities for any desired composition and layout due to its flexible design. In this space, a large smart TV is at your disposal. Adjacent is the kitchen, which can easily be connected to the room thanks to a large sliding door, or can be closed off. In the kitchen, you will find Miele built-in appliances, including an 8-burner stove, double refrigerator, oven, combi-oven, and professional coffee maker. Fun fact: the kitchen is made of solid oak from the own plot: literally from our own soil! 

In outdoor locations, you experience nature up close. It has been proven that brainstorming sessions, team-building activities, and meetings yield more when they take place in an inspiring environment. Villa Oudendijck is such a location and offers not only inspiration but also plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation during your stay. Think of a table tennis table, pétanque court, a wood-fired hot tub, and a Finnish sauna. Additionally, the spacious plot features a large grassy area and various cozy seating areas among the trees. Various walking and cycling routes start right from the front door. 

The modern villa is sustainably built based on the strictest contemporary requirements and standards. This means that energy is sourced from the sun and heating and cooling from the ground, thanks to a ground-water heat pump combined with solar panels. The accommodation is equipped with the green certificate from the RVO.

Villa Oudendijck is located in Oldebroek, between Zwolle, Deventer, and Harderwijk, and near Wezep and Elburg in the province of Overijssel. Although the villa is situated in an oasis of peace, the A28 and A50 are nearby, making this inspiring meeting location easily accessible. Upon arrival, you can park your car for free in the spacious parking lot with 15 parking spaces. Electric cars can be charged at one of the two charging stations in the parking lot.
