The five atmospheric meeting rooms, overlooking the Vinkeveense Plassen, offer space for groups of 8 to about 70 people and are in direct contact with nature. Especially for larger teams within this scale, Vrijhaven feels spacious and clear, without becoming impersonal. Thanks to the smart layout and multiple spaces, subgroups and breakout sessions can also be easily organized, while everyone stays connected to the whole. Everything is within walking distance, which ensures a natural flow in the program and a logistics that works from start to finish. 

They take care of everything down to the last detail: from organic, nutritious vegetarian meals to inspiring activities such as sailing, ice baths, or breath sessions. The personal attention and flexible approach ensure that every program is truly tailored.
