The four atmospheric meeting rooms, overlooking the Vinkeveense Plassen, accommodate groups of 8 to about 50 people and are in direct contact with nature. Especially for larger teams within this scale, Vrijhaven feels spacious and clear, without becoming impersonal. Thanks to the smart layout and multiple spaces, subgroups and breakout sessions can also be easily organized, while everyone remains connected to the whole. Everything is within walking distance, ensuring a natural flow in the program and a logistics that works from start to finish.
