Our meeting location with ten different meeting rooms has been offering an inspiring environment for meetings, training sessions, and multi-day gatherings with overnight stays since 2001. Peace and simplicity are central, in one of the most sustainable conference locations in the Netherlands.

Housed in a former rest home of the friars from Tilburg, ZIN breathes a rich history én contemporary hospitality. Our kitchen is 100% organic and works with local products, for healthy and flavorful dishes that complete every gathering.

Surrounded by greenery and silence, you will find the attention to truly engage in conversation and work together meaningfully.

Socially involved
ZIN stands in solidarity with vulnerable groups. For example, our household is largely maintained by colleagues with intellectual disabilities.

Sustainable
Our location ranks among the top of the most sustainable places in the Netherlands. Our kitchen works exclusively with organic products and sourcing takes place locally as much as possible. We are certified Green Key Gold and EKO Gold (100%).

The monastery rhythm
The atmosphere of monastic life is still palpable; it is a calming location where personal attention prevails and where the monastery rhythm is still active.

Besides the meditation sessions in the morning and afternoon, there is a labyrinth in the garden and you can walk the silence poetry route.
