Zwaluwhof ''the little secret near Zwolle'' and it really is! As soon as you leave the growing city of Zwolle, you enter the beautiful Vechtdal and Zwaluwhof appears via a driveway. A hidden villa in the greenery. Two luxury villas, or the Wings of Zwaluwhof. Villa Wing 1 is suitable for groups of 10 to 32 people. Villa Wing 2 is suitable for groups of 2 to 10 people. 

Villa Wing 1 is a sustainable (Gold qualified Green Key location) beautifully decorated villa with wonderful colors and nice eye catchers on the walls and ceilings. A big advantage is that you can really be alone here with your group. A Private Hotel! Enjoy your own pace, but with the comfort of a hotel. The 10 rooms are very luxurious and all equipped with their own bathroom.

Villa Wing 2 is the smaller but equally charming villa of Zwaluwhof. The homely-warmly decorated villa is a nice place where everything can be discussed. On the ground floor, there are 6 luxury rooms, all with their own bathroom. The villa has an enclosed green garden for plenty of privacy. 

In total, there are 16 bedrooms at Zwaluwhof.

Multi-day training sessions at Zwaluwhof are guaranteed to be a success! Brainstorming, training, meeting together, and then plopping down on the lounge sofa on the covered terrace to chat and enjoy the view. Our small but lovely team at Zwaluwhof is happy to take care of everything down to the last detail. From breakfast, luxury lunch, and dinner. Would you rather get your hands dirty too? Cook dinner together with a chef in the form of a cooking workshop! Or fire up the BBQ! 

Zwaluwhof is a beautiful starting point to explore the lovely Vechtdal. Cycling or walking along rivers, castles, country houses, beautiful nature reserves, and picturesque villages. Stretching your legs and breathing in the fresh air is highly recommended as a meeting break before, during, or after lunch. 

Zwaluwhof is also easily accessible by public transport.
