Alle salons bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping in het oude, monumentale deel van het hotel, hebben hoge plafonds en ramen met veel daglicht en zijn voorzien van alle comfort en de beste faciliteiten.

VanOost Restaurant VanOost Restaurant is er voor de Amsterdammer en iedereen ver daarbuiten. Het serveert wereldse gerechten zoals nog nooit eerder is gedaan, bereid in een open keuken in een ruimte die werkelijk magnifiek is. Met plafonds van vijftien meter hoog, een tikje in de sfeer van een vervlogen verleden die past bij het naastgelegen Tropenmuseum. Van een luxueuze inrichting tot een topteam dat een culinaire beleving brengt met sterrenambitie, alles straalt warmte uit.
Spring Cafe Brasserie Fantastisch lunchen of dineren doe je in Cafe Brasserie Spring, maar ook events komen hier volledig tot zijn recht. Aan of op het grote terras, overlopend in het bruisende Oosterpark.
Fitz's Bar Begin je culinaire avond met een aperitief en amuse in Fitz’s Bar. Dompel onder in een sfeer die de roaring 20's aandoet, met donkere houten elementen, een rumbibliotheek en een eigen domein voor onze show stopping cocktailshakers.
Fitz's on the Roof!  Een rooftop bar met wijds uitzicht op het misschien wel leukste park van Amsterdam, het Oosterpark. De rooftop bar is er voor onze gasten en exclusief af te huren voor speciale private events of zakelijke belevenissen. De bar is van alle gemakken voorzien, dus ook een summer cocktailparty is hier volledig op zijn plek.
