The Fabriekshal forms the central heart of De Adelaar and is often used as a reception and main space. With an area of approximately 325 m², this industrial space offers extensive possibilities for various business applications, such as presentations, dinners, showrooms, and productions.

The space is characterized by high ceilings, an open layout, and authentic industrial elements, resulting in a distinctive and representative setting. Thanks to the flexible layout, De Fabriekshal is suitable for various configurations and capacities.

De Fabriekshal accommodates approximately 220 people in theater setup, 160 people for a seated dinner, and up to 280 people for a reception. Capacities depend on the desired setup and the nature of the event.

For presentations and audiovisual support, De Fabriekshal has a 110-inch screen and an 85-inch mobile TV. Additionally, the space is equipped with a sound system and microphones are available, making the space immediately usable for professional meetings and events.

Supporting facilities are located nearby, including a wash kitchen and sanitary facilities with four toilets. This makes the space also suitable for events with catering and larger groups.

De Fabriekshal can be excellently combined with the other spaces on the floor, allowing for both small and large meetings to be efficiently facilitated.
