About
In the middle of the museum there is a round, glass inner garden which, although not accessible, can be viewed from all sides. This Japanese Zen garden, a sculpture garden, was specially designed for the Cobra Museum by Shinkichi Tajiri. The steel sculptures and the gravel pattern together form a Haiku referring to the elements of earth, water, and air. This is the central point of the museum and of the ground floor. Here you can find the reception desk, cloakroom, and museum shop. A great place for a reception or drinks, but also for registering your guests and offering coffee before the start of a meeting or drinks afterwards.
