Setups

With a group of up to 25 people, you can organize an inspiring team meeting, offsite day, or brainstorming session. Prior to booking, we will inquire about your preferred setup options. These can include:

• Boardroom
• Block/meeting setup
• Taskforce
• Circular setup (tables to the side)

Breakout Room

On board, there is a breakout room with a comfortable seating area and a coffee corner. In dry weather, groups can also work on the private terrace by the water or in the garden on the quay. We even have a boat that can serve as a breakout space.

Facilities

The space is equipped with an LED screen and adapters for all laptops. Additionally, the following are provided as standard:

• Multiple flip charts and marker pens
• Well-stocked toolbox with notepads, pens, post-its, scissors, tape, markers

During creative sessions, the entire boat can be covered with flip chart sheets, even the large windows are perfect for this purpose.

For hybrid meetings, a MeetingOwl is always available. This device features a 360-degree camera, 8 speakers and microphones, and a director function similar to speakerview.

Comfort and Climate

The onboard spaces have plenty of natural light. In summer, the sliding doors are open, and we slide wooden shutters in front of the opening. This way, the sun is kept out, you maintain the beautiful view, and a cool breeze can flow through the boat for ventilation. In winter, the boat is comfortable and warm thanks to good insulation and the on-site heat pump.
