Layouts

With a group of 2 to 25 people, you can organize an inspiring team meeting, retreat, or brainstorming session. Before booking, we will ask you about the desired layout. This can be:

• Boardroom
• Block/meeting layout
• Working group
• Circle layout (tables to the side)

Breakout space

Onboard, there is a break-out room with a comfortable seating area and a coffee corner. In dry weather, groups can also work on the private terrace by the water or in the garden on the quay. We even have a sloop that can serve as a break-out space.

Facilities

The room is equipped with an LED screen and adapters for all laptops. Additionally, the following are standard:

• Multiple flip charts and sheets with markers
• Well-stocked toolbox with notepads, pens, post-its, scissors, tape, and markers.

During creative sessions, the entire boat can be decorated with flip chart sheets, even the large windows are perfect for this.

For hybrid meetings, a MeetingOwl is always present. This device has a 360-degree camera, 8 speakers and microphones, and a director function similar to speaker view.

Comfort and Climate

The spaces onboard have plenty of daylight. In the summer, the sliding doors are open, and we close wooden shutters across the opening. This keeps the sun out, maintains the beautiful view, and allows a cool breeze to flow through the boat for refreshing air. In winter, the boat is comfortable and warm thanks to good insulation and the heat pump on site.
