If you rent both spaces, there will be no other guests present in the building, and you will also have the communal area to yourself. In this communal area, lunch and drinks will normally be served. There is also a reading table at the entrance where you can help yourself to coffee, tea, soft drinks, cookies, and fruit from the bar.
