Studio B

Studio B is a multifunctional, characterful space that is excellent for film and photography productions, dressing room facilities, film shoots, a satellite kitchen, and meetings. The studio combines industrial allure with practical functionality, making it a suitable choice for commercial shoots, small film sets, content productions, and hybrid meetings close to Amsterdam.

Main features

• Use: film shoots, photography, dressing room / make-up & wardrobe, satellite kitchen / catering prep, meetings, and creative meetings.  
• Entrance: double access door — easy loading and unloading of props and sets.
• Atmosphere: robust industrial look with lots of character — ideal as a natural backdrop or neutral set.
• Total floor area: approx. 45 m² (e.g. 5 x 9 m).  
• Clear height: approx. 8 m — sufficient for light rigging and set construction.  

Daylight and light control

• Large industrial glass sections provide plenty of natural daylight and soft, diffuse light — ideal for photography and lifestyle shoots.  
• Daylight aspect: north/south orientation (depending on location within the complex) for stable, indirect light during the day.  
• Full light control possible: professional blackout curtains and additional artificial light and grip material available on request.

Rates:

The minimum bare rental of Studio A is €675,- for half a day; this is also the minimum amount that must be achieved to open the studio. All mentioned rental prices are exclusive of VAT.
