The Playing Circle - De Frederik

The Frederik is located at Frederiksplein 16  in the heart of Amsterdam, around the corner from the lively Utrechtsestraat and close to the iconic Amstel. The space offers an impressive view of the charming and green city square. The perfect setting for a refreshing city walk between programs.

The 170 m2 space on the ground floor features a meeting area for up to 30 people with a flexible setup and has an abundance of daylight thanks to the large Art Nouveau windows. At the back are two smaller rooms, which are very suitable as break-outs, overlooking the inner garden. 

The Frederik has been designed by the interior architects of The Loft (www.entertheloft.com), creating a very unique, tasteful, and homely atmosphere that will stimulate creativity. Besides aesthetic and inspiring elements, it is mainly the uniqueness of the environment that distinguishes The Playing Circle.

The space is equipped with all modern comforts and technologies. With a large network of fixed (organic and local) caterers, suppliers, and staff, the team at The Playing Circle ensures that they take care of everything and arrange even the smallest details for you.

The Playing Circle rents out several inspiring event locations on Amsterdam's canals that are very suitable for corporate events, workshops, and training sessions for up to 60 people.  All locations are very accessible by bike and tram. From the Zuidas, you can reach the location within 15 minutes using the North/South line! Parking is available on the street or in one of the nearby parking garages.
