Van Tijen

Van Tijen event space, Hiding in plain sight, in Het Industriegebouw in Rotterdam. From meetings to team outings and from workshops to (small) congresses; for each of these activities, this space provides the ideal setting. The space is hidden at the top of Het Industriegebouw and is named after one of the architects of this monumental building, Willem van Tijen. Together with his partner Huig Maaskant, he was considered a true phenomenon of the Rotterdam Reconstruction period. The event space still breathes the atmosphere of this modernism, but in a contemporary outfit.
