From a small team session to a conference, company party, or large business event: at Basecamp you will find various spaces and options under one roof. In the middle of the industrial Werkspoorkwartier, we combine the character of the monumental Campus Werkspoor with atmospheric spaces, green outdoor locations, and extensive catering.

Meetings and gatherings
Our meeting rooms each have their own style and are suitable for meetings, training sessions, workshops, presentations, and brainstorming sessions, among others. For larger gatherings, there is The Base: an industrial event space of 400 m² with room for up to 400 people.

The spaces are comfortably furnished and equipped with the necessary audiovisual facilities and wifi. Throughout the day, we are happy to provide catering, from coffee with something sweet and an extensive lunch buffet to a closing drink.

Business events
Basecamp also offers plenty of options for conferences, staff parties, networking events, dinners, and other company events. Various spaces can be combined, and our restaurant and outdoor areas can also be part of your event.

Our own kitchen takes care of catering that fits the program. Think of a lunch buffet, drinks, BBQ, walking dinner, or an extensive three- or four-course dinner. Of course, we take dietary wishes and allergies into account.

Indoors & outdoors
In addition to our indoor spaces, we have a green indoor garden for up to 100 people and a spacious front yard for events of up to 500 people. This way, you can combine an indoor program with a lunch, drinks, BBQ, or outdoor closing.
