Estate De Ruwenberg is a meeting and event location on a 14-hectare estate near 's-Hertogenbosch, located by the Dommel, in the heart of the Brabant countryside. The location has 40 multifunctional meeting rooms, spread across four wings with their own lounge and terrace facilities, suitable for gatherings of 2 to 450 people and flexible for physical and hybrid events.

One wing can be booked exclusively and includes 66 hotel rooms, 3 plenary rooms, and 6 breakout rooms with their own lounge and terrace. All meeting rooms have daylight, views of the estate, and are equipped with the latest technology. For hybrid and online events, De Ruwenberg collaborates with a partner specialized in audiovisual solutions: rooms can be linked together via streaming, with cameras from different angles, studio lighting, vision mixing, and AV specialists. A fixed contact person ensures personal guidance throughout the entire process.

With 196 hotel rooms, De Ruwenberg is suitable for both one-day and multi-day meetings with overnight stays. Guests can make use of an indoor swimming pool, saunas, fitness, squash and tennis courts, and a driving range. The estate also offers space for outdoor meetings and team-building activities such as golf clinics, drone workshops, sheep herding, fencing, sailing on the Dommel, and cooking workshops. In collaboration with the chef, daily changing, custom-made menus are served if desired.
