But also for intervision evenings with dinner prepared by a chef on-site or meetings of supervisory boards.
With the various sub-rooms, the Gemaal is particularly well-suited for team meetings where tasks need to be worked out in sub-teams. You can also enjoy beautiful walks from Het Gemaal; for example, a round through the polder and along the Markermeer or over the fortress walls by the Muiderslot and the harbor of Muiden.
From the location, you have a breathtaking view over the meadows towards the Muiderslot.

Also, from Schiphol, you can reach this place within half an hour. Handy if you have participants coming from abroad. The wonderfully bright plenary room accommodates up to 20 people. Use of the three sub-rooms, the garden with terrace, and the open kitchen is included in the price, and you always use this location exclusively without other guests present.
There are several nice hotels nearby where you can stay overnight.
Combine the team meeting with a team activity such as sailing, a rowing boat clinic, or a cooking workshop.
Conclude the meeting in the evening with drinks and/or a delicious dinner prepared by a private chef on-site. Be inspired by the homely environment, the idyllic view, the personal attention from the hostess, and the lovingly prepared meals.

Onlangs met mijn bedrijf een dag bij het Gemaal gezeten. Na een hartelijke ontvangst door gastvrouwen Irene en Nadine op deze prachtige plek (middenin de weilanden, aan het water én met uitzicht op het Muiderslot) hebben wij een heel productieve dag gehad. Deze prachtige plek deed creativiteit en openheid goed op gang komen. Daarnaast maken een tot in de puntjes verzorgde lunch en borrel dat wij graag terugkomen.

Eén van mijn favoriete plekken voor trainingen, intervisies en teamsessies met Raden van Bestuur, partnergroepen en andere professionals die ik begeleid. Het Gemaal ademt gastvrijheid, eigenheid en ruimte voor échte verbinding. De warme gastvrouwen dragen hier met hun opmerkzaamheid, gevoel voor timing en culinaire hoogstandjes op unieke wijze aan bij. Een echte aanrader!
Wij waren te gast i.v.m. een 2 daagse OR cursus. De locatie, de sfeervolle inrichting en alle culinair heerlijkheden zorgden ervoor dat iedereen volop genoten heeft. Deze inspirerende locatie is aan echte aanrader. Gastvrouw Irene zorgde van begin tot eind voor allerlei heerlijkheden en wij mochten zelfs nog genieten van een heerlijke diner, bereid ter plekke door een kok. Het uitzicht op Muiderslot is fantastisch.
