What are the parking options at or nearby the venue?

The Railway Museum has a parking lot in front of its own premises with a maximum of 200 parking spaces. The spaces cannot be reserved, but on Mondays and outside opening hours, you can also rent the parking lot exclusively.

Is the venue accessible by public transportation?

The Railway Museum has its own train station, Utrecht Maliebaanstation. During the museum's opening hours, you can reach the middle of the Railway Museum with the regular sprinter train from Utrecht Centraal. The train arrives and departs every hour. Outside the museum's opening hours, it's even possible to exclusively hire the train for your own group.

Can you spend the night at or near the venue?

Near the Railway Museum, you can find many hotels. The center of Utrecht is within walking distance of the Railway Museum, and there are also several hotels in the direction of the highway.

Is it possible to bring our own caterer?

The Railway Museum collaborates with three regular partners: our in-house caterer Vermaat Catering, the Utrecht-based caterer Qeet, and Maison van den Boer.

Until what time can a party last?

We are allowed to organize events at the Railway Museum until a maximum of 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, later is not possible.

How are the cancellation conditions arranged?

For questions regarding the cancellation terms, I would refer you to our general terms and conditions. These can be found in the booking confirmation you receive from us when we place a reservation. Once you confirm a booking with us, the general cancellation terms apply.
