About the venue
The building is accessible via the Common Woods neighborhood: on foot or by bike through the main entrance, or by car via the parking garage, which provides direct access to the building.
The arrival takes place on the lower level, where the office and reception are located. Here you can check in, ask questions, or meet the team. From the entrance hall, the building gradually unfolds: on one side a toilet, on the other side the spa, and straight ahead the heart of the space.
The Space is a quiet, flexible area designed to facilitate a range of meetings. With a bamboo floor equipped with underfloor heating, the space naturally lends itself to meetings and brainstorming sessions as well as ceremonies or yoga sessions. All necessary materials are present, allowing the space to effortlessly switch between focus and flow.
Adjacent to The Space you will find The Lobby, a bright area with a view of the forest. Here, a long lounge invites conversations, reflection, or informal moments. The layout can also be configured into a theater setup, making it particularly suitable for both presentations and lectures as well as group sessions. The Lobby is equipped with a built-in projector and screen.
A concrete staircase or lift leads to the ground floor, where the open living kitchen forms a natural meeting point. A dining table with 18 seats is the centerpiece of the space and invites long meals and shared conversations. From here, doors open to the rooftop garden, where you can enjoy the surroundings and connect with the surrounding greenery. On this level, there are also two guest rooms and a separate toilet.
The guest rooms are designed for peace and relaxation. Each room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, an extra single bed in a loft, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk and chair, meditation cushions, ample storage space, and carefully selected bedding, bathrobes, and slippers.
On the first floor, there are four additional guest rooms, complemented by a quiet workspace in the hallway, suitable for writing or working on a laptop. This floor also has a smaller meeting room, ideal for group discussions, one-on-one sessions, or podcast recordings.
