Broedplaats XL

Broedplaats XL is the largest meeting room of House of Bird and consists of a combination of two rooms: the Broedplaats and the Kraaiennest. This bright, spacious area is ideal for creative sessions, training, and retreats. With a large private rooftop terrace and all the necessary facilities, Broedplaats XL is perfect for teams that want to collaborate in peace and nature. An inspiring place in the middle of the Diemerbos, just a stone's throw from Amsterdam.

Broedplaats XL is fully lockable and equipped with two large screens, flipcharts, wifi, and plenty of daylight. The space can be flexibly arranged, from boardroom to U-shape, and is suitable for groups that want to work in sub-teams or alternate between presenting and discussing. The combination of two rooms makes it easy to switch between plenary sessions and smaller breakouts.

Meetings with a view and fresh air
One of the major advantages of Broedplaats XL is the spacious, private rooftop terrace. This green outdoor area offers tranquility, fresh air, and a view of the surrounding forest. Perfect for an outdoor session, coffee break, or to catch your breath between intensive parts of your day. In every season, the terrace provides extra space and inspiration.

House of Bird not only offers meeting space but also sustainable catering: from fresh lunch to drinks or seasonal dinner. Our kitchen often works with pure ingredients. Of course, you can conclude your meeting with a tasting of our own beers: 18 taps, straight from our brewery.
