The Brewing Lab is a bright and accessible space in the heart of the Diemerbos. In the past, livestock was experimented with here to create new beers. Now, it’s a cozy spot for brainstorming sessions, tastings, birthdays, drinks, or small gatherings. The space radiates creativity and feels relaxing. Ideal for anyone wanting to organize something in a green environment.

For meetings & festive moments

On the wall, you see the brewing process illustrated: the space thus breathes creation, creativity, and color. You can sit for a workshop or presentation. But you can also stand for drinks, a birthday, or an informal meeting. The space accommodates about 10 to 35 people.

Large private terrace in the greenery

Next to the indoor space is a large, private terrace. The terrace is surrounded by greenery and equipped with shade sails and seating areas. It is perfect for drinks, lunch, a toast moment, or just to catch some fresh air. In good weather, you can easily move the gathering outside. The inside and outside seamlessly connect.

Catering from start to finish

Food and drinks are arranged by House of Bird Diemerbos. Think of snack boards, sustainable lunch, BBQ, or beer tastings with explanations. Our beers come from our own brewery: there are 18 taps available. Everything is prepared with care and seasonal ingredients.

Close to the city, in the middle of nature

The Brewing Lab is located in the Diemerbos, 2 minutes from the A1 (exit S114) and 15 minutes from Amsterdam. There is free parking within walking distance, and public transport is easily accessible. This space is suitable for anyone wanting to organize something special. In nature, but with the convenience of the city just around the corner.
