• LED screen is hidden behind an artwork at 4 meters and can be adjusted to any height. A comprehensive Sonos sound system is connected, so plug & play yourself!
• A magical moment for yourself in the Magic toilet. The smallest -room with a view- over the Arts city in the Shipbuilding hall.
• Furniture and plants have wheels, allowing for any desired layout, and a quick change is also possible.
• Fireplace with high-tech soot filter that reduces fine dust by 99%. Wood waste from our own workshop serves as fuel.
• Next to the wood stove, there is floor cooling/heating, fans, an air ventilation system, and windows and skylights can be opened. We can also temper the daylight with shading -and a choice of 3 curtains- even to blackout.
• Thanks to separate lighting plans side by side, there is choice in color, intensity, and placement of lighting (with -literally- moving light sources) so that every setting is ideally illuminated.

There are 2 routes to this 1st floor. From the garden, you enter our building through the rolling door where the indoor glass staircase connects the workshop with the 1st floor. Additionally, inside the Shipbuilding hall, a staircase leads to the pink door. These serve as both entrance and exit.
