• 1 Large space divisible into 2;  using a glass sliding door, each with its own entrance. The front studio has a roll-up door to the outside, and the back studio has large glass doors to the warehouse. Ideal as breakout spaces.
• Fully equipped workshop; with all machines, tools, and materials for creative "building" sessions, neatly hidden behind curtains when not in use.
• Facilities: Own sanitary space, kitchenette, and coffee machine, three-phase power, and a choice of many pieces of furniture.
